The Vision Business Development Saudi market expansion team has been helping B2B companies willing to get into the UAE or Saudi markets make their first sales there for more than 15 years. Our business model from 2008 till 2020 was to get our clients in-person meetings with their potential clients in the region to establish trust and then sign deals.
After 2020, the world has changed, and so has the Arab Gulf. Shortly after COVID-19, we found it entirely possible to connect with people in the region via video calls and build trust through digital profiles. Our team is committed to helping you succeed in the region by making the first sales deals through online networking, webinars, video calls, and ad campaigns instead of travelling, setting up local companies, or going for in-person meetings.

Konstantin has been advising international companies on business development, government relations, and fundraising in the Arab Gulf since 2008. Fluent in Arabic, he brings extensive experience in traveling and conducting business across the GCC region.
His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including construction, real estate, IT, security, professional services, and the food industry. Over the years, Konstantin's approach to business development has evolved—from pre-COVID-19 in-person meetings and business trips to incorporating digital tools such as online events, digital ad campaigns, organic content creation, and online networking. Today, he combines the strengths of both traditional and digital methods to deliver maximum impact for his clients.
In addition, Konstantin runs a YouTube channel and hosts regular webinars focused on business development opportunities in the Arab Gulf.
At Vision Business Development Bohdan leads all business development initiatives, including partnership management, content strategy, proposal development, and client communication.
His previous track record includes business development roles at consultancy firms, international startups, NGOs, and global corporations like Thomson Reuters.
Bohdan holds a Master's degree in History and is currently pursuing a Mini-MBA in Business Management from the International Business Management Institute. During his studies, he actively developed his leadership skills as chairman of a student NGO.
